The Coronado Flower Show runs on volunteers, local businesses and neighbors who pitch in. Here’s how to be part of it.
Volunteer
Be part of the magic.
Volunteers are at the heart of the show: welcoming guests, supporting exhibitors, helping in the Beer & Wine Garden, setting up and taking down. Give a few hours or a full day, meet new friends, and see the show from behind the scenes.
Hospitality: greet visitors, answer questions and share the Flower Show spirit
Exhibitor support: help with entry check-in and logistics across the divisions
Entertainment & events: help coordinate live music and special activities
Logistics & set-up: staging, signage and keeping the park beautiful
Sign-ups for the 2027 show open in early 2027. Leave your name and we’ll tell you the day they do.
The show has been sustained by its community since 1922. Schools loaned desks and typewriters; the Hotel del Coronado provided trellises and tables; Boy Scouts camped in the park to keep watch over the flowers.
Sponsorship carries that tradition forward, and puts your name in front of the thousands of neighbors and visitors who come through the tents each spring.
